今天看了斯坦福大学主任蒋里的一段关于人工智能的采访视频,里面的一些见解不错,比如紧随人工智能的发展趋势,我们需要做些什么?比如人与人工智能的区别在哪里?比如我们如何发明新事物?现将这些观点分享给大家。
一、了解人工智能思维
人工智能思维会让我们知道人与人工智能的区别在哪里。人擅长的部分是从0到1的创新,这就是人工智能往往做的不太好的地方,我们需要重点关注这里。
人工智能思维有三个重点。
首先你需要了解人工智能的基础运行模式。在过去,人工智能基本上是基于我们在电脑上写的规则或者特定的算法,人制定了这些规则。然而现在,我们开发出了不同的算法,如基于数据的深度学习、强化学习算法。因为我们拥有了能够处理更多数据的更强大的计算机,然后他们会开发并试图找到基于目前数据最优化的解决方案。当你拥有的数据越多,你得到的解决方案就通常更好
第二点,是你需要具备分辨人工智能和机器智能的能力。所以,一旦机器可以做一项工作,那就让机器去做。而我们,就要专注于人擅长的部分。
第三点,你要有能力与人工智能进行协作。我们应该让我们的孩子做好学习创新的准备,产生新想法,使用人工智能帮助我们,等等…
二、我们如何发明新事物
创造力是一个非常难教的东西,或者有些人认为创造力是教不出来的,如何给人讲授创造力,创新设计思维有你可以遵循的步骤。
第一步骤就是同理心/同理分析。首先你必须明白你在为谁做发明,你必须明白用户是谁?然后去同理他们的情况,尤其是他们的情绪。
第二步叫问题的定义。你必须正确清晰地定义问题。
第三步是创意产生。也就是用头脑风暴的方式来产生很多想法,然后你就可以从用户得到反馈。然后,你挑选好的想法做原型。
做好原型后就与用户一起测试,得到更多反馈。我们经常提到一句话,所有的设计都是重新设计。

Know AI Thinking
AI Thinking will allow them to know the difference between human and AI. And then the human part is really the innovation part from 0 to 1. That’s where AI cannot do a good job. We need to focus on that.
There’re three important things about AI Thinking.
With the first thing, you need to have general understanding of how AI works. In the past, AI is basically mostly based on the rules or the specific algorithms that we write in the computer. And then now,we developed different algorithms, like deep learning, reinforcement learning based on data, because we have much more powerful computers that can handle way more data, and then they will develop and try to find the most optimized solution based on the current data. And then the more data you have, the better solution you usually will get.
The second one is that you will gain the ability to differentiate the human ability versus the machine’s ability or AI’s ability. So a job, once the machines can do it, then let the machines do it, and then we focus on the human part.
The third one is you will have the ability to work with AI. So we should prepare our kids to learn how to innovate, to generate new ideas, to use AI to help us, that kind of stuff.
how do we invent new things?
Creativity, it’s something that is really hard to teach or some people think creativity cannot be taught. How to teach people creativity. Design thinking has steps that you can follow.
1.empathize
The first step is empathize. first, you have to understand who you’re inventing for. You have to understand who are the users. Then you empathize with them, especially their emotion.
2.define
Then you to the second step, which is called Define. Then you have to define that problem clearly.
3.ideate
Then you go to the third step, which is ideation, which is using brainstorming to generate a lot of ideas.
4.prototype
And then you kind of get feedbacks from the users. You pick the good ones to prototype.
5.test
You do test with the user and then you get feedback. We have a phrase called all design is redesign
